I am a specialist hand embroiderer based in Greater London. I explore innovative design producing high quality crafted pieces for a fashion context. I interpret my initial research and ideas by constantly pushing the creative boundaries and challenging my practice capturing a contemporary essence. Conceptual thinking and exploration leads to a refined but fluid way of working and produces visionary hand embroidery.

Skills
Embroidery techniques: Crewel Work, Canvas Work, Black Work, Gold Work, White Work, Silk Shading, Raised Work and Tambour. Framing up for embroidery, Small embroidery mounting
Art and Design: Confidence in drawing and painting with various media including lino printing, etching, block printing, chalk and oil pastels, acrylic and watercolour painting, drawing with unusual materials. Basic Photoshop knowledge, Basic laser cut file making.
