This piece is based on mythical figures, such as mermaids and fairies, called the Fantasy Theme. This ensemble represents a siren-like figure who just emerged from the lake. She is mysterious and carries the magic of the lake with her. The veil represents the water carried by her. The hood represents the sea creatures under the water which has become part of her, like the octopus comfortably resting on her back.
