Dollhouse

This piece is based of vintage dolls from the Victorian and Elizabethan period, called the Romanticism Theme. The yoke and frilling imitates a contemporary take on the fashion represented by the dolls inspired. The period was greatly influenced by Catholicism as shown in their beautiful Goldwork clothing, furnishings and accessories. The Goldwork frames represents this as well as the little trinkets within. She is strong and firm in her decisions, while still maintaining a sense of elegance.
